My baby girl!
#1
I just wanted to post a recent pic of my new girl! She's GH/TB cross, nearly 21 months old (according to the previous owner, though I'm not sure about that), 13 hands high, and I'd guess around 550 pounds or so.

Okay, sorry, I've forgotten how to insert the pic directly into the post. Somebody help?

TO POST PICTURES ON THE FORUM
· Open an account at http://photobucket.com
· Click BROWSE on the add pictures screen and upload your picture from your hard drive. This make take some time depending on the size of your picture file
· When the upload is complete right click on the third line down titled “img” then COPY. With my computer I don’t have to highlight, when I right click all of the required file info is highlighted
· Now go to your post on the forum and put the cursor where you want the picture.
· Right click, PASTE and you are done.
· Good idea to use preview on forum to check size of the picture. If it is too large go back to photobucket and use the edit function to reduce the size.

Good luck.

It looks like you posted a link instead of the IMG stuff. The link does work and your baby looks quite nice.

Okay, I see what I did. I copied the first line instead of the third one. Let's see if this works this time!

Glad it worked for you this time.

Her colour is quite interesting in the light. Looks sort of dappled palomino. Like her head profile but hard to judge conformation with head down.

Nice filly. Does she have a name? Smile

She's more of a chestnut, I think. Bright red in the sun, light mane and tail? Her name is Athena. The light was shining from her front to back because the sun was setting when I took the pic. I actually took some with my regular camera, too, but I'm waiting to pick them up from being developed.

Athena is a nice name for her. You will have to post another picture to show us how she grows.

She's already grown a little taller, and she's definately put on some weight! It's going to be exciting to see how she goes!!
