Lay blanket flat on concrete (sidewalk, driveway, etc.) and pressure wash. Or take to manual car wash, use pressure wand and hang blanket from floor mat clips. Let dry in sun.

Like Beth Ann said, but also I like to use a blanket wash made for horse blankets. Also preserves or refreshes the waterproofing, which is important up here. :)
