I am 5'7 1/2 and weigh 200. What is my body fat percent, or tell me how to calculate it and I can figure it out.

"The best things in life are nearest: Breath in your nostrils, light in your eyes, flowers at your feet, duties at your hand, the path of right just before you. Then do not grasp at the stars, but do life's plain, common work as it comes, certain that daily duties and daily bread are the sweetest things in life. " Author: Robert Louis Stevenson

There are various ways, the most precise i think, being the body fat calipers. you can also try an body fat percentage calculator. Check out http://www.calculate-body-fat.com/how-to-calculate-body-fat.html, they have a good one.
