A lot of old horse hands I've talked with seem to be under the impression that "Regular-" and "Full" QH Bars are the same thing. Yet I know from my saddle shopping that there are at least three sizes (semi, regular, and full). Is this a new trend in saddle marketing/manufacturing or a regional difference?

Most saddle manufacturers that we carry have 2 types of qh bars: Regular and Full although they come in three different sizes. We recognize the semi as having 6.5" gullet with a narrow angle, regular as having either 6.5" gullet and wide angle or 6.75" gullet, and full as having 7" gullet with wide angle.

One saddle manufacturer claims they only have one tree size, although my measuring device says different.
