This is the template that fits the best. It is the 6" gullet with the narrow/normal angle. I measured her withers with flexible wiring and traced it on this piece of paper. Now I just need to find out if these template measurements are for finished or unfinshed saddles. And also would she need a tad bit for growing room? Would this be wear a flex tree might come in handy or maybe go with the 6 1/4" gullet? And would I need to find a saddle with semi-quarter horse bars or normal quarter horse bars?

Our Arabian saddle at http://www.horsesaddleshop.com/1512bighorco1.html has the 6" gullet with the normal/narrow angles. That is all we have.

This looks like a close to perfect fit to me. I would go with the Arabian saddle from Chuck or something in leather of the same styel built for the short back of an Arabian

I was so excited when I matched it up. Now for just finding a saddle and trying to find out what normal/narrow angle bars are. So far no one has been able to really tell me much as far as if they are Regular or semi-quarter, or what the angle of the Arab bars are but I thought Arab bars were suppose to be wide so I am confused on that one. I ordered Galadriels book about saddle fitting http://www.lorienstable.com/book/ that a few people have suggested I read.

I will post when I find a saddle for her. I think I am going to have a harder time finding a 6" gullet with a round skirt. I might go with an Australian saddle.

Thanks for all of your help Hook, Chuck and everyone.
